יין זה, מהבציר החמישי שלנו בישראל מורכב מ-90% ענבי סירה ו-10% ענבי קברנה סוביניון, שניהם מכרם תל-פארס שברמת הגולן. מרקם עשיר ומורכב, עם הרבה פירות אדומים. כמו כל היינות שלנו התסיסה כולה ספונטנטית ללא הוספת שמרים. אנו מאמינים שכך ניתן לבטא באופן מיטבי את מאפייני הטרואר. טאנינים בשלים עם מבנה גוף מלא שלדעתנו מדגימים בצורה מצוינת כמה מתאימים ענבי הסירה לתנאי הגידול בישראל.

The 2017 wine, our fifth vintage from Israel, is made from 90% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, both grown at the Tel Faris Vineyard in the Golan Heights. Rich, lush-textured and brimming with red fruit flavors, it (like all our wines) is fermented with native yeast, which we believe highlights the essence of terroir. Firm, ripe tannins give good structure to a wine that we believe clearly demonstrates how well suited Syrah is to Israeli terroir.
