הקברנה המפורסם של היקב עליו רוברט פארקר אמר "היין הכשר הטוב בעולם". 100% קברנה סוביניון מהכרמים המפורסמים של לזלי ראד. ביין זה אנו משתמשים רק בנוזל ה- free run, ללא סחיטה. הענבים עברו תסיסה ספונטנית ללא הוספת שמרים מתורבתים. בפה איזוןת, מרקם קטיפתי ,טאנינים מדויקים עם שכבות של פטל, דובדבן שחור, תימין , מרווה וסיומת ארוכה ואלגנטית.

The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon includes grapes from Covenant partner Leslie Rudd’s Mount Veeder and Oakville vineyards. We do not crush our grapes, but rather, let them gently release their juice as they ferment. Fine-tuned tannins create a silky framework for the elegant layers of blackberry, black cherry, thyme, sage and subtle spice. Beautifully balanced, it hits all the right notes on the palate, finishing long with great elegance.
