רוזה הוא היין היחיד שבאמת מתעים לכל סוג מזון שניתן לדמיין. בלו-סי רוזה שלנו עשוי בעיקר מענבי סירה ואנו מייצרים אותו בסגנון קליל ורענן שמושפע מחברינו היינים של דרום צרפת. שתו אותו מצונן היטב אם כל מנה מדג ועד סטייק. בלו-סי (C כחולה) זו תוית האחות של קובננט ישראל המושפעת מיינות רד-סי (C אדומה) שאנו מייצרים בקליפורניה וזה גם משחק מילים גיאוגרפי באנגלית. בלו-סי רוזה תסס בחביות עץ אלון ניטרליות לקבלת מרקם וגוף אך לללא טעמי עץ. יש סיבה שבזכותה רוזה הפך לסוג יין כל-כך פופולרי לאחרונה—הוא פשוט מאד טעים!

Rosé is the one wine that goes with every food imaginable. Our BLUE C Rosé is made predominantly from Syrah and is made in a fresh, light style inspired by our winemaking friends from the south of France. Drink it chilled with everything from fish to steaks. BLUE C is Covenant Israel’s sister label. The name is inspired by our California wine—RED C—a geographical play on the English. BLUE C Rosé is barrel fermented in neutral oak barrels for textural richness without imparting oak flavor. There’s a reason that rosé has become so popular as of late. In a word, it tastes great!
